Availability: In Stock“BUI” means “life” in the Otomi people of Mexico. The Otomi were the first settlers of the upper valley of Mexico. This mezcal has a smoky flavor, which is obtained from wood-fired ovens. Production is done by hand so that the original flavor of mezcal is preserved.
